Attorneys considering iPod class action lawsuit
December 22, 2003 - 23:49 PST   Girard Gibbs & De Bartolomeo LLP, a San Francisco, California-based law firm, is "investigating a potential class action against Apple Computer, Inc. on behalf of iPod owners whose batteries have died or lost their ability to hold their charge."
