Nikon announces Coolpix 2200, 3200 cameras
January 8, 2004 - 07:58 PST   Nikon today announced the latest additions to its Coolpix line of digital cameras -- The Nikon Coolpix 2200 and the Nikon Coolpix 3200 (shown at right). Both cameras share a slim, new Coolpix body design, "ultra-fast" operation and a host of new and enhanced features to help digital photographers get the best possible pictures out of their camera. The Coolpix 2200 offers 2.0 effective megapixels while the Coolpix 3200 incorporates a 3.2 effective megapixel CCD.
