Dr. Bott ships G5 Skateboard, G5 Roof
January 15, 2004 - 00:01 PST   Dr. Bott has announced that it is now shipping the G5 Skateboard and G5 Roof. The G5 Skateboard lets you move your Power Mac G5 about as needed, adding only minimal overall height. As expected, the all-metal product attaches to the bottom of the G5 and has four machine tooled wheels that "glide the G5 smoothly back and forth to allow easier access to its side door or rear ports." The G5 Roof, made of aluminum mesh, sits flush in between the handles of a G5, creating a flat surface that allows for storage of external hard drives or other gear. The G5 Skateboard is priced at US$129, while the G5 Roof carries a retail price of $74.99.  [ Email this story ]
