iPod Access version 3.0 released
January 16, 2004 - 10:19 PST   Findley Designs has released iPod Access 3.0, the latest version of its US$10 utility for transfering songs from your iPod to your Mac. The new version includes Playlist cloning into iTunes, and several enhancements and bug fixes. Unlike most iPod transfer utilities that fetch ID3 tag information by opening every music file, iPod Access is able to utilize the iPod internal database so that it can display your iPod's contents "almost instantly." This includes tag information from protected AAC files that have been purchased from the iTunes Music Store and all Playlist information.  [ Email this story ]
