Canon revamps digital camera line

Canon has made several enhancements to its digital camera line. The company has introduced two new and enhanced PowerShot point-and-shoot digital cameras: the US$299 3.2-megapixel PowerShot A75 and the entry-level $199 3.2-megapixel PowerShot A310. The Canon ELPH line has been expanded with three new models: the PowerShot S500 (a $499, five-megapixel model), the S410 (a $399, four-megapixel camera) and the SD110 (a $299, 3.2 megapixel model). Canon has also unveiled its new top-of-the-line PowerShot digital camera: the $999 PowerShot Pro1 (pictured at right)has the highest resolution (3264 x 2448 pixels) of any PowerShot camera to date. All go on sale in April.
