'Me and My iPod' photo contest winners announced
May 7, 2004 - 12:45 PDT   The iPodlounge has announced the winners of its "Me and My iPod" photo contest. The site's editors picked the three best photos taken of iPod owners with the device based on overall composition, creativeness, and appeal of the pictures. "The idea came to me as I sat staring at my iPod for hours, while the rest of the time spent on iPodlounge, and I realized that since I bought this little gadget I have ceased to do everything else I love, including painting and drawing," writes the winner, Slavik Boyechko, who received a US$900 personally customized pair of in-ear headphones from Ultimate Ears. "My friends poke fun at my obsession, but it is something that I can't help and I don't think any other iPod owner can either."  [ Email this story ]
