May 10, 2004 - 00:02 PDT
Velan Software has released Fast DVD Copy 2, which the company says is the first software for Mac OS X that lets you copy DVD video collections to DVD-R discs without losing any quality from the original DVD. You can choose the items to be copied from the DVD video, including menus, trailers, audio streams, subtitles, bonus material and special features. The DVD copy can be played back on portable and home DVD players, as well as Macs or PCs with DVD drives. It's compatible with Mac OS X 10.2 and higher. A free trial version of Fast DVD Copy 2 is available for download and lets you make one DVD video copy. The single user license is US$99.95.
