LapWorks introduces UltraLite portable desk
August 9, 2004 - 12:47 EDT
LapWorks has announced a thinner, lighter addition to its Laptop Desk family: the Laptop Desk UltraLite, which is lighter and thinner than its predecessors. It weighs 14.6 ounces and is 5/16 of an inch thin. When used as a lap tray, the UltraLite creates a 22 x 11 inch workspace and sports ventilation channels that allow increased airflow beneath your laptop. It will retail for US$29.95 under the Targus brand later this year, but is now available directly from LapWorks for an introductory price of $19.95 after a $10 instant rebate at time of purchase.
