P. Diddy sports diamond encrusted iPod at VMA after-party
August 30, 2004 - 10:31 PDT   At his MTV Video Music Awards after-party, Rap mogul P. Diddy showed off a customized HP-branded iPod covered with 120 diamonds. "This after-party will be a one-of-a-kind experience fusing together music and technology. Celebrities will encounter the first ever digital red carpet from HP, revolutionizing celebrity arrivals. Images of celebrities will be transmitted live to plasma screens inside the party. The excitement continues as the party guests enjoy a customized wireless 'shout out' request system connecting the dance floor to the DJ booth, a VIP digital photo booth, tattoo parlor featuring printable tattoos for the Apple iPod from HP and a fully-loaded HP Cadillac Escalade."
