'Incredible' first day sales for latest Pixar film

Pixar's "The Incredibles" sold five million units on DVD and video in North America on its first day of availability, putting it on track to be the best-selling DVD of 2005. "The superheroes at Pixar who created The Incredibles have made it even more thrilling in this extraordinary DVD release," said Pixar and Apple CEO Steve Jobs. "We are gratified that millions of fans have rushed to add Pixar's latest film to their home entertainment collections." Available in both full-frame and wide-screen two-disc versions, "The Incredibles" DVD includes filmmakers' audio commentary; the short film "Boundin'"; an all-new animated short "Jack-Jack Attack"; bloopers and outtakes; a "Making Of" featurette; deleted scenes; alternate openings; and more.
