Tiger Direct vs. Apple court documents posted
April 29, 2005 - 22:56 PDT   As reported yesterday, online retailer Tiger Direct has sued Apple claiming that the company infringed on its trademark with Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. MacMerc has obtained and posted the complete set of court documents pertaining to the lawsuit in PDF format.
