Apple faces lawsuit from Contois over iTunes
June 21, 2005 - 10:05 PDT   According to a report on The Register this morning, Apple is being sued by Contois Music and Technology over iTunes. The company claims that Apple violated its patent for a "computer control system and user interface for media playing devices" in which "the system provides a user interface for allowing a user access to media pieces stored in a media database."  [ Email this story ]
